MOMS is a web-based system for managing a company's processes and operations in an automated, transparent way. MDI has been actively developing MOMS since 2007 to streamline our operations for pre-sales, quoting, purchasing, manufacturing, delivery and customer service. MOMS is developed with a focus on ISO 9001:2008 compliance and MDI was awarded its ISO certification in 2009. It is continually improving with customer feedback.

With MOMS, customers, partners and suppliers have a direct window into our operations, where they can track orders, obtain technical product information and follow support requests.



Centralize your business online with MOMS
MDI offers MOMS as a cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution, allowing any sized business to manage their operations online. Private MOMS instances are hosted and replicated at multiple secure metro-Atlanta datacenters with routine off-site backups. Information security and confidentiality are protected by SEM/IDS security systems and instances are separated into virtual containers, so your data or environment isn't shared with any other customer.

With your own MOMS instance, you can begin using many of the features listed below. Features marked with * (red asterisk) often require tuning to match your process flow and organization. Features marked with a * (blue asterisk) are premium features for additional monthly charges. Features can be enabled or disabled on a monthly basis, and new feature developments can be requested. Additionally, corporate identity branding is available to customize the look and feel of MOMS to match your business.
